At Agilex Apparels, we want you to feel confident with every purchase. If your order isn’t quite right, we’re happy to assist with a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery.

1. Eligibility for Return & Exchange

Products are eligible for return or exchange if:

The request is made within 7 days of delivery.
The product is unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.
The original tags and packaging are intact.
The product is returned in its original condition.

2. Exchange

If you receive the wrong size or would like to exchange your product for another available size, you can request an exchange within 7 days of delivery.

Exchanges are subject to product and size availability.

3. Returns

Once your returned product reaches us and passes our quality inspection, your return will be processed.

Refunds, where applicable, will be issued to the original payment method or through the applicable refund process.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order details and clear photographs/videos of the product.

We’ll review the issue and provide the appropriate resolution.

5. Non-Returnable Products

Products that are worn, washed, altered, damaged after delivery, or returned without original tags and packaging may not be eligible for return or exchange.
